This complete suite of services allows our clients to see swift and successful project completion, even in the most challenging scenarios.Connecting you to great benefitsWeekly PaychecksPaid Time Off, Parental Leave, and HolidaysInsurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance)401(k) w/ Company MatchStock Purchase PlanEducation ReimbursementLegal InsuranceDiscounts on gym memberships, pet insurance, and much more!What you’ll do as a Operator Telecom Pole AnchorsAll phases of telecommunication construction include but are not limited to: Loading, driving, delivery, digging, removal and placement of various types, sizes and weight of construction materials and equipment.Install and repair aerial telecommunications cableSafely use hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, drills, ladders, lanyards, saws, lashers, climbing hooks, and more.Safely operate mechanized equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derrick, excavators, and more.Setting up safety perimeter using signage, cones, safety barriersFlagging traffic when requiredUnderstanding of separation and clearance regulationsAbility to safely work aloft using climbing hooks and ladders.What you’ll needTo be 18 years of age or olderAuthorization to work in the United States for this companyValid Class A Commercial Driver’s License required.Basic knowledge of and ability to operate various types of utility trucks and equipment in a safe manner.Basic knowledge of and ability to hand tools and equipment in a safe manner.Ability to climb telephone poles and work in a bucket truck and work aloft and climb poles up to 40 feetAble to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs as needed with or without assistancePrevious construction experience, preferably in the telecommunication industry.Able to perform all duties in telecommunications construction (such as; pole transfers, maintenance builds, new build, cable installation, over lash, and strand construction)Physical abilities & exposuresRoutinely:
Work alone in remote locations and in confined spaces with arms above shoulder level, operate vehicle and heavy machinery, squeeze, fine hand motion, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs and lift greater than 55 pounds close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus potentially near and/or far as needed. May be exposed to dust, fumes or other airborne pathogens.Occasionally:
Employees may be exposed to toxic or corrosive chemicals as well as moving machinery parts and pieces. Long driving and sitting may be required.Salary Range
