Radiance Technologies is seeking a self-driven, resourceful, and creative Digital Media Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong skills in photography, video filming, and editing.

Required Experience
- Associates degree
- Active Secret security clearance
Required Skills
- Experience shooting and editing photos
- Preparing graphics, short-form videos, and captions
- Proficiency in photography techniques, including lighting, technical settings, and composition
- Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software
- Extensive knowledge of DSLR cameras
- Experience creating media content
- Process improvement skills for enhancing overall product or project quality
