Internship Details:
• 15-week Internship Experience: September 9 through December 20 • Working Hours: Preferred availability of 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Flexible to your school schedule, Monday through Friday on-site in Southlake, TX • Fridays for Training Events will end at approximately 9:00 pm: 9/27/2024, 11/1/2024, 12/6/2024 • Saturdays required for Training Events: 9/28/2024, 11/2/2024, 12/7/2024 - • Build a lasting professional network through social events and engaging activities • Gain the skills and knowledge to become a future leader in the marketing industry • Assistance with Resume Building • Free Headshot • Letters of Recommendation with proven performance • Stipend of $1000.00 upon the completion of the Internship • Ages 16 and up only Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Management:
• Support coordination and labor of a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops • Support development of compelling event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and presentations • Support help desk for events, calendar management, and FAQs
Public Relations:
• Assist with media outreach and relationship-building • Support development of coordinating social media plan
Digital Marketing:
• Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website) • Assist with content creation and distribution • Support inquiries on digital assets from the field teams
Operations Support
• Preparing Orders • Customer Service Qualifications: • Current Student enrolled in local High School located near Southlake, TX • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Compensation: $1,000
