This position involves night shift from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM BD time.

Position Overview

Ray Advertising is seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Writer/Content Writing Specialist/ Content Developer/ Content Writing Strategist/ Content Writing Expert to craft SEO-friendly, audience-focused content that drives engagement and results. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of audience psychology, enabling them to produce compelling copy for digital ads, email outreach, and marketing collateral tailored to our diverse verticals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create SEO-optimized content for websites, landing pages, digital ads, and email campaigns.
2. Develop compelling and action-oriented copy for advertising campaigns.
3. Conduct thorough audience research to craft content that resonates with target demographics.
4. Collaborate with marketing, design, and media-buying teams to align content with campaign objectives.
5. Monitor industry trends and adapt writing strategies.
6. Proofread and edit content for grammatical accuracy and clarity.
7. Conduct keyword research and incorporate relevant terms.
8. Develop scripts and copy for video, social media, and multimedia content.
9. Analyze content performance metrics and refine strategies.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Technical Skills:

4. Basic knowledge of digital marketing metrics.

Soft Skills:

Experience and Education

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Content Writer, preferably in performance marketing or advertising.
