Boulevard Real Estate Media is looking for a talented photographer to join our team. The role focuses on capturing high-quality images for real estate marketing. If you have some experience, own a good camera with a wide-angle lens, tripod, reliable transportation, and fast internet, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Capture high-quality photos of real estate properties using the HDR bracketing method.
- Upload and manage photo files, ensuring timely communication of any field notes.
- Identify and implement creative solutions during shoots.
- Travel to and from photo shoots punctually.
- Communicate effectively with clients on-site and remotely.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment.
- Keep calendar updated for time tracking.
- Operate effectively both as part of a team and individually.
- Participate in training and development opportunities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong photography skills with experience in real estate preferred.
- Professional etiquette, positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Valid Driver’s License, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
GEAR REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role, you must have at a minimum:
- A DSLR/mirrorless camera (Sony, Canon, or Panasonic) with 4K video capabilities.
- A wide-angle lens (between 10-16mm).
