Job Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and attend seminars, webinars, classes and client events located in and around Fort Worth, TXConfirm and schedule attendees using scriptsIntroduce the speaker before each event using a scriptProblem solve during eventsDrive conversions of attendees to scheduled prospectsTalk with attendee's and build rapport quicklyProcess post event Evaluation Forms and input into CRM softwareTrack KPIs weekly using spreadsheetsManage a very full calendar of 50+ events per yearWork evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays weekly. 2-3 weekends a yearPhotograph events using iPhonePosting event photos and engagements to social mediaJob requirements
3+ years of experience in event planningSales trainingEvenings available for marketing events3 ReferencesJob Skills Required
Highly motivated and detail-orientedPrior experience with event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience as an event specialist or similar roleExcellent communication skillsCreative thinker with keen eye for detailsAbility to work under pressure, and meet tight deadlinesProblem solver under pressurePersonable, professional, and courteousProfessional public speaking and presenting skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsDetail oriented to ensure quality standards are metProvide a high level of client service in a calm, courteous and professional mannerAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentHigh proficiency in technology including: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM software, Zoom, Teams, LinkedIn, Instagram, FacebookSoftware Used
