What you'll do:
Serve as a partner for our Creative team to bring our agency brand to life across a variety of media and platforms
Design case studies that tell the story of our work in a compelling way
Build presentations and design collateral and other materials
Develop tools and templates to ensure brand consistency
Collaborate with the broader team on special projects and internal initiatives
Who you are:
You have 4-6 years of production experience, preferably within a creative agency, and proficient knowledge of editing, resizing, and creating assets. From digital and packaging to marketing collateral, you will collaborate across disciplines to spearhead the production of various design assets and ensure all deliverables are up to specifications.
You have some motion skills and will help develop motion design and animation elements for creative work and internal projects.
You love the details. You have a solid knowledge of production processes and ensure existing design systems are meticulously carried out across any platform or medium.
You're a visual maven. You have an excellent sense of color, imagery, and type and will help develop design assets across multiple projects. You can creatively translate communication strategies into design solutions that are clear and compelling.
You're a self-starter who can work independently and effectively meet deadlines. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and have strong organizational skills.
You have a deep understanding and passion for current design and tech trends. You like finding new executions and designs on projects and implementing them for various work challenges.
You have some motion skills and will help develop motion design and animation elements for creative work and internal projects
