Job Description

A large food and beverage client is looking to hire a UX Writer / Content Strategist to their digital product design team. This person will be joining a marketing driven team and will be responsible for bridging the gap between marketing, legal, creative, and product design teams. This team is primarily designing for the mobile application and is heavily focused on digital interaction. This person will be working closely with leadership executives, designers, and researchers to ensure the user experience is meeting the business goals. They will also play a key role in creating standard operating procedures for content guidelines and ensuring copy patterns are scalable and aligned with the brand strategy.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in UX writing or content strategy

Strong background in digital experience, short-form content, and user-centered design (USD) principles

Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing UX writing, content strategy, and content creation

Proficient with design tools (Figma, Dove Tail)

Experience with design system management platforms (ZeroHeight)

Experience with content strategy within mobile applications is HIGHLY preferred Industry experience working within hospitality, food and beverage, QSR

Experience working with agile product teams null
