We're seeking articulate, energetic brand ambassadors to present Renewal by Andersen products and services to homeowners visiting our partner stores. Our marketing team comprises top performers dedicated to lead generation for the market's most recognized and industry-leading brand. Being a brand ambassador requires great conversation skills and a positive demeanor.

Brand ambassadors commute to and from stores within our service area, making reliable transportation essential. In this role, your earnings are determined by your performance. The more leads you generate, the more you earn—all while working part-time. If you're a diligent, outgoing professional who enjoys conversing with people while earning fair compensation, this opportunity could be ideal for you!

No prior experience is required; we provide a comprehensive training program, including Zoom & field training, to ensure you're equipped with the knowledge and skills for success.

What you’ll be doing – the role:

1. Actively engage with the public, listen to all consumer feedback, and offer solutions to window questions and problems.
2. Gather correct contact information for appointments.
3. Handle every prospect, customer, and co-worker with empathy and world-class service.
4. Become an expert in our products & services to help homeowners in our community who can benefit from them.
5. Efficiently organize the setup and breakdown of event equipment.
