Our client, a boutique creative production agency, is seeking a talented Creative Strategist with a strong background in fashion, beauty, and content production. This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking with a refined creative eye, can pitch big ideas, and thrives in the fast-paced environment of brand campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Research market trends and consumer insights to refine brand positioning.
- Develop brand strategies that resonate with the target audience.
- Collaborate with the art director and design team to visually bring strategies to life.
- Lead creative production across photo, video, influencer, and digital content.
- Build and present decks, confidently pitching ideas to clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in developing strategies for fashion and beauty campaigns.
- Ability to turn cultural insights into compelling creative briefs.
- Experience working closely with production teams, clients, and creatives.
- Strong skills in building decks and presenting ideas.
- NYC-based and willing to work on-site with a talented, close-knit team.
Salary: $125K–$150K per year
