Retail Marketing Manager
for a Southeastern regional company with diverse operations in manufacturing, finance, and retail. This key role involves developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and boost sales growth for retail operations. The position is onsite in Flowood.Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate should have proven marketing experience, including managerial. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a practical approach to implementing marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end execution of marketing initiatives and projects, ensuring collaboration and effective use of internal resources.Work with the Marketing Director to develop department goals and effective marketing campaigns.Assist in developing content for social media, retail websites, and other digital platforms.Collaborate with the marketing team and field staff to create and distribute collateral materials.Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies and increase customer conversions.Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize digital campaigns and report on ROI/ROAS.Manage media production team assignments and schedules for ongoing projects.Serve as the main contact for retail store managers to discuss and implement local marketing efforts.Ensure brand standards are maintained across the organization.Keep corporate and store-level retail websites updated.Assist in developing and implementing email marketing and text marketing programs.Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop annual brand and marketing strategy and plans.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.5+ years of professional marketing experience, including 2 years in a managerial role.Proven ability to lead and develop marketing teams.Skilled in engaging with various departments, external partners, content creators, agencies, and retail teams.Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and digital marketing platforms.Proficiency in modern marketing strategies, including SEO and SEM.Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.Project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.Experience overseeing marketing projects from start to finish.An eye for design and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.Familiarity with a variety of marketing software and tools, including analytics, content management systems, CRM, project management, and design applications.Compensation:$75,000 to $95,000Comprehensive benefits package with generous PTO.Opportunities for growth and development.
