Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop a cohesive FY26 strategy focused on prioritization and cross-brand impact. Partner with Strategic Growth leads to guide marketing strategy evolution, maintain an aligned priorities calendar across brands, and clarify expectations for support and messaging. Work closely with channel owners to synthesize tactical performance insights, recommend optimizations, and present findings to leadership. Support the development of integrated marketing narratives in collaboration with CMI, Analytics, and Marketing Science teams. Align campaign briefing processes across brands and streamline operational workflows.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in marketing strategy, media planning, business operations, or a related field Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Proficiency in tools such as Airtable or similar planning platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills
