About the Role:
We are seeking a UI Developer for our Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in UI/UX development with 3-5 years of experience.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Deliver critical software solutions on time and on or under budget.
- Coding and designing rich user interfaces.
- Participate in UI/UX strategy for the product, including user experience workflows.
- Work closely with customer operators to conduct usability related research on workflows and effective operations.
- Improve the customer experience.
- Support business through go-live process and assist in promoting solution adoption.
- Work with the Project Leader to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the tasks on schedule.
- Communicate progress and expectations; escalates problems to Project Leader for awareness and/or resolution.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js, React.
- Knowledge of web service concepts and API development (REST, JSON, XML).
- Experience working in an agile development process.
- Working knowledge of the general UI/Frontend landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full stack development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
- Write clear, maintainable, and testable code.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
- Ability to problem-solve, think critically, and adapt to changing priorities.
What You Bring to the Team by Way of Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years in UI with React / Vue.js and object orientation programming.
- BS Computer Sciences Related Degree or 3+ years of relevant field experience required.
- Provided ownership of technical decisions on projects/teams.
- Technical Lead as architect/designer and contributor on one or more UI projects.
- Experience developing large scale, enterprise GUI applications using React or Vue.
- Ability to work closely with designers to take wireframes from conception to implementation and design and improve user interfaces.
- Experience integrating with backend services and overseeing full-stack development requirements and solutions.
- Experienced in reporting for weekly Status Meetings with the Project Leader and Executive Teams.
- English language proficiency.
- Experience writing/maintaining a UI test suite preferred (
- Cypress Automation Framework
- Experience analyzing and resolving technical issues.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding the importance of interactive design and usability for web-based applications preferred.
- Experience with event logging and messaging systems preferred.
- Familiar with CI/CD preferred.
Travel Requirements (if any):
- Hybrid position, but may have occasional travel as needed (<10%).
