Marketing Coordinator (North America)

Role Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in bringing compelling brand and product stories to life. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting brand marketing, communications (PR, Media and Influencers), and omnichannel sales initiatives, as well as coordinating a variety of 360-degree go-to-market projects. These projects are designed to increase brand awareness, expand market share in key categories, and drive both client acquisition and retention. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and headquarters, gaining exposure to the Maison's strategic brand marketing priorities and upcoming high-impact campaigns.
Responsibilities
Support Go-to-Market Activations: assist in planning and executing 360-degree go-to-market initiatives, including media, communication, PR, in-store events, and CRM activitiesMaintain Brand Marketing Calendar: oversee the brand marketing calendar to track all marketing and cross-functional initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed and key milestones are metAssist with Marketing Administrative Tasks: handle administrative duties such as invoice management, budget tracking, vendor creation, gifting pack-outs, product and sample management, and other ad hoc tasks as neededDevelop Marketing Documents: aid in the creation and relevance of key marketing documents, such as reports, and presentationsLead Status Tracking: manage status sheets, take meeting notes, and ensure follow-up on action items for the teamManage Vendor Communications: coordinate logistics, communications, and deadlines with external vendors and partnersConduct Competitive Analysis: analyze key luxury competitors, focusing on product launches, media strategies (including social and influencer), events, and overall marketing effortsMonitor and Share Industry Trends: lead monthly trend-sharing sessions, managing and presenting relevant articles, videos, and media that highlight new partners, experiences, and media channelsCollaborate Across Teams: partner with cross-functional teams, including sales channels (Retail, Ecom/CRC, Wholesale), to develop integrated marketing activations and gain insights from diverse areas of expertiseQualifications
Bachelor's Degree2-3 years of relevant experienceExcellent analytical, communication, and relationship building abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver in a timely manner within a fast-paced environmentProactive problem solver with an entrepreneurial mindsetException organizational skills with a keen eye for detailPassionate about the retail, fashion and luxury goods industryProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is a plus

$60k-$70k
