This position manages paid search campaigns on Google that drive qualified traffic to the home builder's website. To be successful will require managing budgets, ad targeting, and creative - as well as top notch customer service and empathy for those on the team of our builder partners. We don't blindly take Google's "recommendations" and apply them - because we have the data no what works, and what doesn't!Paid Search Responsibilities (SEM / PPC)Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaignsMaintain accuracy of price points, community status (sold out, coming soon, etc), and any listed features.Optimize bidding strategies for maximum efficiencyTrack, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaignsManage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepanciesPerform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimizationResearch and analyze competitor SEM campaignsIdentify SEO opportunities based on SEM data and resultsCoordinate with individual client requests and goalsRequirementsFour-year degreeWillingness to be trained to become an export on the latest trends in paid search marketingExperience with Google Analytics a plusStrong analytical and written communication skillsAbility to self-organizeHigh drive to succeedTravelNo travel required
