Job Description
SMS Staffing is hiring IMMEDIATELY for a Client Communication Specialist in the Grayslake, IL area. If you are looking for growth in an organization then look no further!
COMPENSATION: $18 - 22 per hour based on experience!
1st shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Overtime hours as needed.
About the Role:
- Be the front-line communication for the assigned client
- Research and assist internal and external clients with our “one-call resolution” expertise
- Interact daily with our Account Management / Operational Teams
- Set our Logistics Team up for success, providing parameters for order direction and packing requirements
- Generate reports pertaining to inventory, shipment tracking, and order history

- Ability to Proactively Manage Multiple Tasks
- Deliver Insight & Recommendations for Overall Client Success

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 Years of a call center experience or 2 -3 years of Client facing environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel
