Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Marketing Data Analyst:
- Work directly with management to drive strategy and execute experiments to improve company efficiency across sales and marketing channels
- Build full-cycle experiments, reports, dashboards that help the business achieve its goals and enable better decision-making
- Regularly report on stakeholders' data needs and primary output metrics that measure success
- Investigate new data sources and work on adding, automating, and updating data pipelines responsible for delivering data
- Ensure data integrity and observability across all data
Required Skills for Marketing Data Analyst:
- 1-3 years of experience working as a data analyst, business analyst, or data engineer
- Strong experience using SQL to turn datasets into metrics
- Experience with managing databases, including relational database architecture, query optimization, and database schema design
- Proficiency in SQL Databases (Postgres, MySQL), Data Studio, Tableau, Google Analytics, GCP BigQuery, Segment CDP, Python Programming, R Studio
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for data origins, integrity, accuracy, and storytelling
