Why This Role Matters: The Vice President of Brand & Marketing will be responsible for executing a results-driven marketing strategy that enhances SSA’s market position, supports business development, and delivers measurable impact. This leader will oversee SSA’s marketing strategy, aligning it with sales objectives, thought leadership, and partner-focused initiatives. This role requires a strategic marketer with a proven ability to develop and implement operations and communications that drive awareness and revenue growth. Additionally, they will lead the evolution of SSA’s marketing services, helping partners grow their own guest engagement and revenue through SSA-powered marketing solutions. While being based near Denver’s headquarters is ideal, it is not a requirement. The VP will be expected to travel at least monthly to collaborate with other executives on strategy and implementation, ensuring seamless execution across all business functions. The Impact You Will Make: Execute a Comprehensive Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute SSA’s partner marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business growth goals. Responsible for developing and managing yearly marketing plan aligned with overall business objectives. Set measurable goals and track performance in key areas like lead generation, audience engagement, and revenue impact. Lead SSA’s thought leadership strategy, ensuring SSA is positioned as an industry leader through high-value content, case studies, and event participation.
Develop and Manage an Expanded Services Marketing Model
Establish and oversee SSA’s marketing services for partners, helping them grow revenue through SSA-driven marketing solutions. Build a scalable model to provide full-service marketing solutions at select partner locations, measuring impact on attendance, sales, and guest engagement.
Marketing and Brand Team Leadership & Growth
Lead, structure, and expand SSA’s marketing team, ensuring it is positioned to execute high-impact strategies. Oversee hiring, team development, and resource allocation to support SSA’s growing marketing and brand initiatives. Foster cross-functional collaboration between marketing, business development, and operations to drive unified growth strategies.
What You Bring: Proven executive marketing leadership experience in a high-growth organization, ideally in B2B, hospitality, or multi-location industries. Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, demand generation, and brand positioning. Strong analytical mindset, with experience setting KPIs and tracking marketing impact on business growth. Ability to build and lead high-performing teams while collaborating cross-functionally. Experience developing marketing services models that drive revenue growth for partners. Familiarity with corporate brand architecture and alignment within a multi-business-unit organization. Compensation and Benefits Full-Time, Exempt Final compensation determined by experience, education, and internal equity.
