Annual Bonus SWTHZ Old Town has an exciting opening for a Studio Manager. The SWTHZ Studio Manager plays a critical role in leading and motivating their team to deliver an exceptional client and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, excellence, and shifting the cultural perspective of fitness. Duties and responsibilities include: Accountable for Old Town Studio membership and revenue goals: develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones Provide exceptional sales support strategies: coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and brand knowledge Own the data: monitor key membership KPI’s and use insights and experience to inform strategic decision-making Partner with marketing team: actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads Lead pre-sale and opening processes: develop/implement a plan, drive effective communication of the goals across the team Leadership & Team Management Change management: Instill and show an “adapt and overcome” mentality Build and cultivate a high performing, engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed, and two-way communication is open, comfortable, and honest. Develop and coach team members: Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles. Lead by example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, energy, communication, and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same. Performance management: Implement effective performance management practices, including setting SMART goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviews, as well as asking for feedback on your performance as the leader Operational Excellence Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations: Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, staff assignments, inventory management, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain a clean, inviting, professional and safe studio environment: Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members. Manage studio cleanliness: Allocate cleaning staff in a manner that drives an amazing studio experience, keeping attrition under 7%. Identify and implement operational improvements: Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed. Skills & Qualifications: The ideal candidate we are looking for is not just a sales and customer service expert but also a skilled leader. Proficiency in personal sales, coaching sales teams, sales team management, customer service training, marketing, lead generation, and the ability to lead by example are essential qualities. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Degree in related field preferred. Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certifications (AED) training required 3+ years of experience in a sales environment, wellness or fitness sales is preferred 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+employees in a fitness, wellness, or customer service setting Experience in hiring, training and developing staff on sales and performance Experience with studio openings and achieving performance goals during all grand opening phases Company training programs Access to all SWTHZ locations About SWTHZ: SweatHouz (SWTHZ) is a premier boutique wellness brand and a leader in contrast therapy, committed to enhancing the well-being of its clients.
