Position: Technical Writer
Description:
Our teams build firmware frameworks for use by other internal teams. As the number of our internal clients has grown, we've realized a need to help us scale through improving documentation and getting started content. Our developers will create raw content, and then we need someone to help us organize, edit, and publish that content to enable our clients. Responsibilities include:
- Working with our developers to gather raw content
- Organizing content across 3-4 teams
- Editing raw content for readability and usability
- Converting hand-drawn content to digital formats
- Publishing content using internal and third-party tools
- Gathering feedback from client teams for further improvements
Skills:
- Proficiency with technical writing and publishing tools
- Basic understanding of software development
- Basic understanding of firmware and operating systems
