Sales & Marketing NCG Rotational Program
is designed for
recent or upcoming college graduates from December 2024 to June 2025
seeking a dynamic career in the
data storage industry . Over
12-24 months , participants will rotate through
sales and marketing roles , gaining hands-on experience and the opportunity to work alongside industry experts, develop technical and strategic sales skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in the fast-growing
data storage market . Rotational Assignments Participants will complete
3-4 Inside Sales rotations
across various Sales & Marketing teams, such as: Enterprise & Cloud: Support account executives in selling storage solutions to large enterprises, cloud providers, and data centers. Channel & Partner Sales: Support account executives by working with resellers, system integrators, and cloud partners to drive go-to-market strategies. Consumer Sales: Support Consumer sales team in selling consumer storage products, retail and e-commerce strategies, marketing campaigns, etc. Business Development: Learn prospecting techniques, lead generation, and customer outreach for new and emerging markets, such as AI-driven storage management. Product Marketing: Assist in creating go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and messaging for storage solutions. Digital & Social Marketing: Develop and execute social media campaigns, digital advertising, and content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness for both B2B and B2C storage solutions. Business Operations: Work with operations teams to manage & optimize inventory levels, distribution strategies, and supply chain logistics for both B2B and B2C customers. Data Analytics: Analyze key performance metrics, customer trends, and market data to provide insights that optimize sales and marketing strategies & processes. Qualifications REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field, with a graduation date of December 2024 or May/June 2025. Minimum of 3.0 GPA. Strong interest in high-tech industry, specifically in data storage solutions. Willing to relocate and/or travel as needed. Preferred Qualifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Self-motivated & growth driven with a passion for sales, marketing, and technology. Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
