As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's social media strategy. You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content and manage our online presence across various platforms. You will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to track the success of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagementCreate compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInManage social media accounts, including scheduling and publishing posts, and responding to comments and messagesStay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and make recommendations to improve our strategyMonitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvementCollaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectivesBuild and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and drive engagement
RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldProven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar roleExcellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInStrong understanding of social media metrics and analyticsProficient in content creation and design tools, such as Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
