Acting as the liaison on behalf of the client, the strategist will be responsible for recruiting affiliates and creators, managing relationships, overseeing performance strategy, and working directly with affiliate platforms to optimize programs and drive revenue growth. This candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, be results-driven, and highly motivated to work both independently and within a team. They will be proactive in setting strategic affiliate goals, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple tasks with ease across multiple client accounts. Qualifications
If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description. ● Launch and manage affiliate programs across traditional networks (e.g., Impact, Rakuten) and TikTok Shop Affiliate ● Strategically recruit and manage affiliate creators, influencers, and publishers to drive performance ● Prepare weekly campaign updates, insights, and strategy recommendations to present during client meetings ● Analyze performance data across channels and platforms to deliver actionable insights to clients ● Collaborate with affiliate networks and platforms to adopt new tools, optimize performance, and leverage Hawke’s service offerings ● Negotiate placements, exclusives, and promotional opportunities with creators and publishers to strengthen partnerships ● Ensure creatives are updated regularly and aligned with each client’s broader marketing calendar, including any affiliate-specific promotions ● Monitor partner activity for performance, compliance, bidding rights, and proper usage of creative assets ● Proactively identify cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts and recommend affiliate marketing or TikTok Shop services as appropriate Job Requirements ● Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or a related field● 2+ years of experience managing traditional affiliate and TikTok Shop affiliate programs on the advertiser or agency side ● Proven ability to educate clients and internal teams on affiliate marketing best practices ● Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, TikTok Shop, Rakuten, and CJ ● Familiarity with creator/influencer platforms like Aspire or TikTok Creator Marketplace is a plus ● 1+ year of experience in influencer marketing and/or organic social media strategy preferred ● Strong data analysis skills and the ability to pull insights from affiliate dashboards and tools ● Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment ● Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office, and Google Analytics ● Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset ● Positive attitude and a passion for performance-driven marketing ● Agency experience is a plus
