Finisher & Color Specialist
to join a fast-paced creative production team supporting entertainment and advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for color, deep technical expertise, and thrives in an environment where precision and collaboration are key. This role is ideal for someone with extensive
color correction and keyart finishing
experience who is comfortable navigating complex workflows and delivering top-tier visuals across digital and print platforms. Type: Temp Duration: 2-3 Months Pay: 50-70/hr Location: Burbank Key Responsibilities: Perform advanced color correction in CMYK and RGB, accurately matching visuals to approved files. Execute hi-resolution imaging and keyart finishing, ensuring alignment with creative direction and campaign goals. Optimize and convert assets from RGB to CMYK following client-specific workflows. Create CMYK separations, regulate GCR/ink density, and build PMS/white ink plates. Collaborate with Shift Leads and Color Leads to ensure high-quality deliverables and on-time production. Evaluate color outputs and determine if additional refinements are required. Support prepress/premedia tasks including file builds, callout adjustments, Epson proofing, and device/press compensation. Stay current on Adobe Photoshop enhancements, artistic finishing techniques, and new workflow technologies. Uphold strict asset management and security protocols across all projects. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in finishing and color correction. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong understanding of color theory, RGB/CMYK conversion, and color management. Agency or entertainment industry experience is a plus. Please submit your resume for consideration.
