This includes assessing learning needs, analyzing existing instructional materials, redesigning courses, developing entire courses or curricula, and creating training materials like manuals and guides to facilitate effective learning. The role involves collaborating with the Senior HR Training Specialist to align training goals. To succeed, individuals must perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Required Experience designing and developing e-learning content using systems and technological tools. Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Adobe Captivate. Experience working with proprietary LMS platforms. Effective copywriting and scripting skills for audiovisual media. Ability to storyboard. Knowledge of photography, video, and audio production. Knowledge in Instructional Design, Simulation-based training, Course Design, Adult Learning Theory, and related areas. High attention to detail. Understanding of varied learning styles and assessment methods. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish at an advanced level. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment. Preferred UI and Graphic Design skills. Experience with design tools like Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, Pro Tools, Adobe Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Animate. Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Web Design. BS or MA in instructional design, communications, media production, or related fields. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Primary Apply instructional design theories to develop training programs for various locations and topics. Develop multimedia content for websites, presentations, and exhibits. Write and prepare training materials, manuals, and exercises. Create engaging learning activities and course content. Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs. Conduct instructional research and analysis. Create supporting media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games). Develop assessment instruments and criteria. Maintain project documentation and course folders. Assess learning needs and analyze instructional materials. Oversee online learning program implementation and update materials as needed. Collaborate with marketing and PR teams on visual and textual elements. Assist in designing instructor materials and updating curricula. Ensure content quality and consistency throughout course lifecycle. Secondary Audit LMS training reports and follow up on completion. Assist in managing training programs per business and regulatory needs. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Subject to physical activity and other tests. Use hands and fingers regularly. Talk and hear frequently. Sitting continuously; occasional standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Occasional lifting/moving up to 10 pounds.
