is seeking a highly skilled, experienced Senior Designer/Design Lead to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for attending client meetings, creating and managing budgets and schedules, sourcing fabrics, wall covering, furniture, and other materials, and working with the team to prepare formal board presentations. Responsibilities Provide project admin support to Designers and Managers Oversee and lead design team on assigned multifamily projects Interact with clients daily Coordinate with other professionals such as contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants to ensure project success Develop strong relationships with vendors Prepare and manage furniture budgets Capable of preparing and presenting to clients both virtually and in-person Oversee furniture budgets on assigned projects Oversee furniture purchase orders and orders on assigned projects Redline 50% of construction document sets on smaller projects for issuance Redline drawing sets to ensure accuracy in incorporating redlines Relay pertinent project-specific information to Project Managers for RFPs Successfully multi-task to meet fast-paced project deadlines Utilize vendor and material knowledge to create unique and innovative presentations Produce detailed documentation, instructions, drawings, and specifications Assist in requesting pricing for budgetary purposes Ensure adherence to building codes and ADA compliance throughout the project lifecycle Manage and coordinate installations Record and publish meeting minutes Select furniture, art, and accessories Provide mentorship for junior and intermediate Designers Domestic travel is required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design Professional license is required Relevant experience in multifamily projects Technical proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Enscape is desirable Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to develop collaborative relationships within the firm and with clients Ability to clearly communicate design ideas and concepts both verbally and digitally Develop strong intercompany relationships This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change at any time with or without notice.
