Responsibilities
Shape the Game Pass content portfolio by supporting and driving planning, evaluation, structuring, and execution of content deals.Articulate the value of Game Pass to publishers through partner pitches and presentations; opportunity to work with partner accounts ranging from global publishers to indie developers.Create win-win outcomes for partners and Microsoft through deal structuring and negotiation, in partnership with business development.Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in product/service/project/program management, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, marketing, finance, product planning or software development
OR equivalent experience.
Experience navigating ambiguity to drive outcomes and clarity by leveraging structured frameworks and quantitative and qualitative insights.Fluency with data and analysis, including business case modeling.Experience in working across functions and organizations, with ability to navigate roadblocks and challenges.Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,300 - $182,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $120,900 - $198,600 per year.
