Cre8buzz@mcintyre is seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to join our client based in our Westport, CT office. The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and designing marketing materials for our client.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with our group marketing director on developing and executing strategic, results-oriented marketing campaignsCampaign development encompassing managing and directing creative, website development, copy writing, print and banner ad schedulingEmail schedule maintenance and deploymentSocial media messaging and performance analysisProactively contributes ideas and insights related to marketing programs to add value to the overall campaignSuggests contact plan enhancements based on results, best practices and/or experiences with other eventsUnderstands specific needs for targeted attendee or exhibitor communicationsProactively manages marketing deliverables and communicates updates to Marketing DirectorUnderstands key marketing performance metrics and uses tracking tools to measure the effectiveness of the marketing activitiesProactively applies best practices from other assignments that improve process or performanceProactively keeps Marketing Director informed of project status and deliverablesActively trains and supports tactical execution of projects
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing3-5 years marketing experience in publishing or eventsProven experience using email, digital and social media marketingAbility to develop, manage and execute marketing plansStrong project management and creative direction skillsWordpress or other website builder knowledge a plusMust be willing to travel occasionally
