Overview
The Screen Automation Producer supports the Senior Technical Producer in the screen automation process and the delivery of localized screen imagery to Geo Content Producers for validation. The role involves balancing production capacity and scope control, ensuring the consistency and accuracy of localized UI across product imagery for the entire Marcom studio. The producer maintains close partnerships with cross-functional teams within Marcom to track all screen automation needs. Additionally, they collaborate with the Senior Technical Producer, Image Content Producers, Geo Content Producers, and Central Automation teams to plan, inform, track, and meet deadlines for localized screens across all supported languages.

Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day screen automation process, including briefing, tracking, quality assurance, course correction, and delivery. Partner with the Senior Technical Producer to develop product-specific UI knowledge. Collaborate with Image Content Producers and Content Automation teams on all screen automation needs for functional teams. Promote the adoption of the screen automation process by understanding team needs and proposing improvements. Work with the UI tech team to prioritize daily automation needs to meet deadlines. Guide functional teams on imagery requests, accuracy, and approval processes. Support technicians, producers, and production teams to ensure successful collaboration. Proactively seek and be open to new ways of working. Requirements
Five to eight years of production experience at a creative agency. Extensive experience in marketing content execution, experience design, localization, and remote team collaboration. Ability to build positive relationships with localization producers across various fields. Experience guiding localization production across media types including print, interactive, and video. Ability to react quickly to new information and pivot strategically. Strong interpersonal skills and global collaboration experience. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and productivity tools such as Quip, Box, Numbers, Keynote, and Pages. Familiarity with the client’s hardware and software is a plus.
