Job Summary
The Sr. Luxury Graphic Designer for AMOREPACIFIC US will take active role in plan to final execution of all design work for the luxury brands within APUS - supporting the execution of 360 marketing campaigns which an emphasis on print, OOH and VMD but also inclusive of some digital design, video editing and social media content. We are looking for an experienced, well rounded professional with a high level of creativity, passion and attention to detail.
Principal Accountabilities
Senior Graphic Designer
- Support VP of Creative in development and maintenance of 360 campaigns and all creative assets for the brand.
- Directly manage designers
- Remain informed of emerging industry trends and best practices, apply creatively to brand projects.
- Make data-based design decisions to optimize engagement through click through, conversion and established KPIs.
- Present and execute innovative creative concepts; addressing feedback with solution-oriented thinking.
- Execute and oversee all phases of brand design for social, digital, print, video editing, etc.
- Develop and maintain a collaborative relationship with cross-funtional teams whose activities intersect with creative.
- Communicate consistently and effectively with Project Manager and VP of Creative to keep projects on track for on-time delivery.
Key Expierence & Skills
Qualification and Experience
- 5+ years of design experience at agency, brand, and/or retail.
- Related experience in beauty, fashion and/or lifestyle brands preferred .
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects and Premiere).
- BA or higher degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts preferred.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating an ability to develop ideas with exceptional design quality for a broad range of digital/social channels.
- Visual Merchandising, Video editing, Store or 3D Design experience is a plus.
Skill Sets
- Strong sense of design, image manipulation and cropping skills, keen eye for typography, visual hierarchy, and composition.
- Proactive, self-starter who is able to work under minimal supervision.
- Excellent organizational and management skills and positive work ethic.
- Expert at execution. Detail driven, self-motivated and efficient.
- Ability to embrace constructive feedback and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to apply creativity to projects while working within brand identity design guidelines.
- Strong understanding of design principles and current design trends.
