Marketing Manager
leads the development and implementation of content for inbound and outbound campaigns and projects from initiation to completion to attract new customers and retain existing customers as well as to support the sales teams. Projects include existing product campaigns, new product launches, and marketing initiatives. In this role, you will have project oversight while working with team members and ensuring marketing projects are completed on time, within scope, and on brand. The Marketing Content Manager also conceptualizes, plans, drafts, and implements marketing communications across platforms, incorporating value proposition, features, benefits, and calls to action with a keen sense of the voice of the customer.

The day-to-day:
Works with the Director of Marketing, leads the Marketing team in the development and execution of online, offline multi-channel inbound and outbound marketing campaigns, and projects, including concept development and content creation. Content will include advertising, editorial, display, video, social, copy, and visuals.Ensures content is on brand in terms of style, quality, tone, and optimized for SEO and promotion.Leads brainstorming sessions, offering analytical and intuitive insights, to develop and plan creative marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and competitive advantage.Proposes and performs primary and/or secondary market research, analysis, and testing using a variety of tools to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data to gain insights that shape marketing content.Develops and tracks advertising, editorial, and project plans, including scope and objectives, and shares with stakeholders.Creates, maintains, and distributes monthly marketing reports showing impact of marketing programs achieving established goals such as awareness, engagement, lead generation, and retention.Drives projects using leadership skills and makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for moving the project forward while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Establishes and manages relationships with stakeholders, KOLs, internal teams, clients, and third parties/vendors.Future potential for direct reports with department growth.Minimal travel required for position. Must be able to attend marketing events occurring quarterly, lasting a week at a time.What does it take to be successful:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Minimum five years’ experience in the field of marketing preferred.Demonstrates understanding of marketing fundamentals and targeted marketing conceptsAble to identify, segment and develop target audiences and marketing personasAble to develop a strong value proposition based on selected target audience(s) and persona(s)Experience developing communications and content that addresses unique positioning, including writing copy, conceptualizing visuals, and presenting content in a clear and compelling way.Experience with B2B new product launches in medical device or technical field preferred.Highly organized with proven working experience managing marketing projects working with cross-functional teams.Excellent written, verbal, and in person communication skills with clients and internal teams.Experience using Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar project management software systems.Working knowledge of Salesforce and Google Analytics.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Ability to learn technical concepts by reading work instructions and standard operating procedures, and completing on-the-job training.Knowledge of cGMP regulations ISO 13485, 21CFR Part 820, CMDR SOR/98-282, 93/42/EEC, RDC 16 2013, MHLW MO 169 and TG(MD)R Sch3 preferred.Our Awesome Benefits!
