Accountable for steering revenue generation and fostering profitable growth within the Thin Films business. This role significantly influences both current performance and future outcomes by strategically identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, enhancing market share, delivering critical market insights, and nurturing robust customer relationships. Responsible for addressing and guiding the resolution of complex challenges that affect the long-term trajectory of the business. This involves leveraging advanced analytical thinking and sound judgment to navigate intricacies and drive strategic initiatives that align with the organization's vision and objectives. Your Role Drive revenue and profitability growth at customers globally Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers Monitor the market closely & navigate the complex, competitive landscape to ensure timely forecasts and supply chain readiness Win and execute strategic Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) to secure sustainable growth Partner with the Customer Application Services (CAS) and Marketing teams on new product rollouts and winning Process of Records (POR). Oversee pricing execution through the sales teams Develop sales talent and strengthen customer centric skills to build a strong succession pipeline Foster an inclusive and psychologically safe environment, driving employee engagement and team performance Embrace and champion digital transformation to enhance sales effectiveness Serve as a member of the Thin Films Leadership Team and key decision maker in activities that span across Thin Films Work Location: USA (also available in Singapore, Taiwan, and South Korea) Who You Are Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a STEM field, MBA is preferred Semiconductor experience required Extensive managerial experience in diverse roles and across regions 15+ years Commercial experience Commercial and Business acumen Demonstrated Leadership and Change Management skills Build trustful relationships with customers Influencing and negotiation skills Strong communication skills and ability successfully collaborate in a global matrix organization Proven ability to create high performance organizations
