you will lead the creative execution and marketing strategies for entertainment and sports programming, direct-to-consumer app enablement, Xumo sales, and traditional TV services for Spectrum. WHAT OUR SENIOR MANAGER, ENTERTAINMENT MARKETING ENJOY MOST Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and engagement for entertainment and sports programming and boost direct-to-consumer app engagement and subscriptions. Identifying and targeting key audience segments, leveraging insights and data to create compelling messaging and engagement strategies. Collaborating with creative, digital, and media teams to ensure marketing materials are optimized for various platforms, including digital, social, TV, and retail. Driving omnichannel marketing efforts across TV, digital, social, email, in-store, and call center channels to enhance awareness and adoption. Analyzing customer behavior, viewership trends, and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies. Utilizing data-driven insights and audience segmentation to improve acquisition and retention campaigns. You’ll actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through continuously enhancing marketing efforts through testing, innovation, and emerging technology while collaborating with product and technology teams to ensure seamless user experiences and optimized customer journeys. WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM Required Qualifications Experience:
7+ years in entertainment marketing, media, or consumer engagement strategies. Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, media, communications or related field; or equivalent work experience and education. Technical skills:
Understanding of direct-to-consumer apps, digital platforms, and subscription-based entertainment models. Strong background in creative strategy, audience segmentation, and campaign development. Experience marketing sports programming, streaming services, and traditional TV offerings. Skills:
Strong collaboration and communication skills. Abilities:
