Product Marketers for Autodesk in Construction bridge our industry-leading product to the nine trillion-dollar global construction industry and help to convey the Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) value and vision for important markets and industry segments across the world.Autodesk is looking for an experienced product marketer to lead a team responsible for developing both the planning and execution of product launches and go-to-market activities for Autodesk Construction Cloud products. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will manage a team of product marketing managers who are subject matter experts in one or more product workflows or capabilities and partner closely with R&D, marketing, sales and customer success teams to build solution awareness, support sales conversations, increase product usage, and help to guide product roadmaps.You are a strategic thinker, analytical, self-motivated and flexible, plus have the skills required to lead a team of individual contributors. You will be asked to be a strong cross-functional collaborator, both within marketing organizations and across the business. Your experience, customer focus, creativity, attention to detail, and focus on achieving business metrics will be critical to your success in this role.This role can be fully remote or hybrid office/home if candidate resides close to an Autodesk office.ResponsibilitiesPrimary TeamLead the planning and execution of product release and launch activities, including new product introductionsEnsure company partners are equipped to convey our product story, including the development of supporting content and enablement materialsYou and your team will support demand generation activity for Autodesk Construction Cloud offerings through strategic input into marketing programs & campaigns, full-funnel product content for organic and paid marketing activities, and mapping of product offers to identified buying personasDevelop a deep understanding of product analytics, including time-to-value and high impact workflows, and create and execute programs that encourage users to adopt them in order to increase product usa and stickinessHelp to shape the Autodesk Construction Cloud product and offering strategy and roadmap and establish our unique global positionManagementBuild and lead a team of product marketing managersAs a senior marketer, you will work with construction & AEC marketing, product management, and regional marketing groups to coordinate and negotiate product marketing involvement in GTM plans, product launch plans and our annual marketing planPlay an important role in our product marketing leadership team, driving collaboration and efficiencies across the product marketing organizationManage and track team marketing spend. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $149,800 and $242,440. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
