Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for implementing, analyzing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns including paid search, driving traffic and conversions, and improving overall marketing performance.
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral member of our marketing team working to optimize our digital properties, evaluate campaign data, identify trends, and develop insights that will inform marketing strategies and creative assets to drive business growth. You will leverage various analytics tools and platforms to measure and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate for this position is a detail-oriented thinker with a strong analytical mindset and technical web skills, with the ability to design and author content that moves prospects. You should have a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, as well as experience working with analytics tools such as Google Adwords, Search Console and Analytics, Adobe design suite, Hubspot or similar platforms.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldProven experience in digital marketing analyticsStrong proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platformsAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook AdsKnowledge of SEO best practicesFamiliarity with web development and content management systems (CMS)Ability to multitask and prioritize projects effectivelyExperience with Adobe Creative Suite and Hubspot for designing paid search ads and conversion/ROMI analysisUnderstanding of data privacy and compliance regulations is a plusFamiliarity with marketing automation platforms is a plusAbility to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and innovations
