The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that bring our brand to life by highlighting our fine jewelry offering, piercing and permanent jewelry experiences. By leveraging consumer insights, data analytics, and creative innovation, this leader will craft impactful campaigns that connect with diverse audiences, foster customer loyalty, and enhance our market position. This position requires a forward-thinking individual with a proven ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution, leading initiatives across activations, partnerships, and multicultural marketing while delivering measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a deep passion for storytelling, brand innovation, and creating meaningful connections between consumers and the brand. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Brand Strategy and Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that reflects the company’s positioning in the jewelry & piercing market. Work with Editorial Content Manager to define the brand voice, values, and aesthetic, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Identify opportunities to strengthen the brand in both existing and new markets. Marketing and Campaign Leadership: Oversee the creation of brand campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the target audience and align with the brand's story. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales. Oversee the end-to-end management of marketing campaigns, photo shoots, and brand initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals while coordinating cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders to achieve seamless execution and measurable results. Evaluate the performance of campaigns through metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Lead development and execution of marketing to drive customer acquisition and sales through marketing of payment options. Collaborate with Financial Services team and vendor partners to develop annual plan of acquisition and lifecycle marketing. Develop and implement strategies to engage diverse cultural audiences leveraging market insights and cultural understanding to create campaigns that resonate authentically with multicultural consumers, driving brand affinity and sales growth in the jewelry industry. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the marketing team, focusing on brand, social & content to execute branding initiatives effectively. Partner with cross-functional teams including product development, eCommerce, and retail to ensure cohesive brand representation. Serve as the key brand ambassador internally, promoting a shared understanding of brand standards. Customer Insights and Trends: Integrate and activate our brand personas into our brand across all touchpoints. Leverage market research and customer data to refine the brand strategy. Stay ahead of trends in the jewelry and luxury goods industry to keep the brand relevant and innovative. Monitor competitor activities to identify differentiation opportunities. Digital and Social Media Presence: Oversee digital branding efforts, ensuring the brand identity is consistent across websites, social media, and eCommerce platforms. Guide storytelling and content strategies to engage and grow the audience across digital channels. Partner closely with PR/Influencer and Organic Social strategy to ensure our content is connected, consistent and delivering our BVP. Event and Partnership Coordination: Lead strategic initiatives across activations and partnerships, working cross-functionally within the company and agency partners. QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in brand management, preferably within the luxury, fashion, or jewelry industry. Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth. Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. Expertise in market analysis and customer insight generation. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and an understanding of luxury aesthetics. BENEFITS & PERKS:
