We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing with expertise in B2B and channel marketing to drive awareness, lead generation, and partner enablement. While experience in financial services is a plus, it is not required—what matters most is your ability to develop and execute high-impact marketing strategies that fuel revenue growth. As the Senior Manager of B2B & Channel Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programs that engage business customers and support channel sales efforts. You will work cross-functionally with sales, product, and partner teams to develop campaigns, content, and programs that drive demand and accelerate revenue through direct and indirect sales channels. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing leader with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for building scalable, ROI-driven marketing initiatives. Responsibilities
B2B Marketing Strategy – Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
Channel Marketing Programs – Design and implement marketing initiatives that empower channel partners, including co-branded campaigns, partner enablement, and joint go-to-market efforts.
Lead Generation & Demand Gen – Drive measurable pipeline growth through targeted campaigns, including content marketing, email marketing, paid media, webinars, and events.
Partner Enablement – Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and training programs to support channel sales efforts and improve partner effectiveness.
Messaging & Content Development – Create compelling messaging, case studies, whitepapers, and thought leadership content tailored for B2B audiences.
Performance Tracking & Optimization – Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize marketing spend, and improve conversion rates.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management – Work closely with sales, product, and external partners to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Event & Webinar Strategy – Plan and execute industry events, partner summits, and virtual engagements to strengthen relationships and generate leads.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
At least 7 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or demand generation, preferably in SaaS, technology, or enterprise solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Channel Marketing Expertise – Proven ability to develop and execute channel marketing programs that drive partner engagement and sales.
Demand Generation Mastery – Strong background in lead generation strategies, marketing automation, and sales funnel optimization.
Content & Brand Storytelling – Ability to craft compelling content and messaging tailored to enterprise buyers and channel partners.
Analytical & Data-Driven – Proficiency in marketing analytics, KPIs, and optimization strategies. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Cross-Functional Leadership – Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across sales, product, and external partners.
Event & Digital Marketing Experience – Experience managing events, webinars, and digital campaigns for brand awareness and pipeline growth.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location: McLean, VA: $170,800 - $194,900 for Sr. Manager, Marketing New York, NY: $186,300 - $212,700 for Sr. Manager, Marketing San Francisco, CA: $186,300 - $212,700 for Sr. Manager, Marketing Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non-discretionary depending on the plan.
