As a
Senior Manager Marketing - B2C Integrated Campaigns , you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to support B2C growth objectives for Dice.com. This role requires strategic planning, data-driven optimization, customer journey mapping, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable growth. You will lead and manage a Marketing Coordinator to assist with B2C Campaigns.Why we're hiring for this role:
The Senior Manager of Marketing - B2C Integrated Campaigns plays a crucial role in driving B2C growth by strategically planning, executing, and expanding integrated marketing campaigns.In the short term you will:Lead Integrated Campaign Strategy : Develop and execute campaigns across key channels (both paid and earned) including social media, email, content marketing, and select offline channels, aligned with B2C marketing goalsCandidate Journey Mapping:
Analyze and optimize the candidate journey to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Oversee end-to-end campaign management, using data insights to maximize performance and ROI.Vendor and Partner Management : Manage external vendors and partners to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize ROI.Cross-Team Collaboration : Work closely with stakeholders from key internal departments including product, sales, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution

Oversee the B2C integrated campaigns budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing ROI.Innovation:
Stay current with marketing trends and technologies, testing new channels and tactics to drive growth.Stakeholder Reporting:
Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.What you bring to the team:Required:Proven B2C marketing experience, with a focus on integrated campaigns and digital marketing.Demonstrated track record in developing successful large-scale campaigns.Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Iterable, Marketo).Experience with customer journey mapping and optimizing the customer experience.Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.Excellent communication and project management skills.
Preferred:Familiarity with career marketplaces or recruitment industry is a plus.
Denver pay range: Base salary/pay per year, plus 10% annual bonus at 100% of plan targets tied to company and individual performance. Offer will depend on location and level of job-related knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience. $110,000—$135,000 USD
