We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, SEO to accelerate user acquisition by identifying, prioritizing, and executing initiatives that increase traffic and revenue. The ideal candidate is data-driven, growth-minded, adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to innovate within SEO and content marketing. Our mission is to educate about credit scores and unlock financial access for our users.

Role Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Create a scalable content strategy aligned with keyword targets and growth goals, demonstrating ROI and building the case for SEO investments.
- Collaborate with content, analytics, engineering, paid marketing, and agency teams.
- Conduct SEO audits, competitor analysis, and keyword research using SEO tools.
- Monitor and report on SEO metrics, using insights to refine strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes, translating them into actionable plans.
Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience, preferably in B2C.
- Proficiency with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Deep knowledge of SEO principles, practices, and Google algorithms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategies.
- Understanding of site management, web development, and SEO testing.
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and pay attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and big-picture vision.
- Excellent communicator, comfortable with leadership presentation and collaboration.
- Experience in fintech or D2C industries, video SEO, and SQL proficiency are pluses.
