The Role:

This global B2B agency who are fresh off the back of being acquired by a global media powerhouse, are looking for a Media Planning Account Director to drive high-impact media strategies for top-tier B2B clients. What You’ll Do:
- Lead the charge on full-funnel, multi-channel media planning—think social, search, programmatic, ABM, and publisher partnerships.
- Work hand-in-hand with strategy, creative, and content teams to develop innovative, results-driven campaigns.
- Oversee activation teams, ensuring flawless execution and optimization of media plans.
- Mentor and manage a team of media planners, helping them develop their skills and produce outstanding work.
- Own client relationships—identify growth opportunities, propose forward-thinking strategies, and present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Keep a laser focus on analytics, ensuring all strategies are backed by insights and aligned with client goals.
What You Bring to the Table:
- B2B agency experience is a must—if you haven’t worked in a B2B-focused agency, this isn’t the role for you.
- Deep expertise in social, search, programmatic, ABM, and publisher partnerships.
- A data-driven mindset—reporting, measurement frameworks, and campaign optimization should be second nature to you.
- Top-notch communication skills—you can simplify complex media strategies and sell them to senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with industry tools (think DSPs like DV360, ABM platforms like Demandbase, and social platforms like LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in global social media strategies for B2B brands.
- A track record of running killer ABM campaigns using 6Sense or Demandbase.
- Programmatic expertise, including audience forecasting and reporting tools.
