Ability to build relationships and interact well with multiple stakeholdersExercise sound judgment within established practices and policiesAnticipate future needs through thought leadership and market insightsExceptional written, oral communication, presentation skills in front of audiences ranging from small executive meetings to very large keynote presentationsExceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, develop hypotheses, and present well-supported solutionsRequirements – Minimum Qualifications of the job:
Bachelor or Masters degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, MBA preferred10+ years combined leadership, product marketing or managementStrong executive presence and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadershipUnderstanding of semiconductor and medical device marketAbility to influence across a broad spectrum of individuals and functionsHighly organized, self-directed business style, with strong ability to prioritizeMust work well in a team, fast-paced, high-energy and deadline-driven environment~20% domestic and international travelFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
