About The Role
As the Senior Pilates Content Specialist, you will play a critical role in shaping the Pronto experience for over 8,000 members across Australia.
Your expertise in Reformer Pilates will be key for refining class content, ensuring it is clear, effective, and aligned with our brand standards. You will work with the Content Leader to co-develop new exercises and class structures, while overseeing the quality assurance process to guarantee that every class meets our brand standards before final approval.
Responsibilities:
- Designing and refining layered Reformer Pilates exercise flows.
- Overseeing on-set filming operations to ensure live instructions are accurately documented into a raw script with precise Pilates-specific cues, structured timing, and essential movement details.
- Reviewing and refining finalised scripts to ensure instructions are clear, intentional, and aligned with the on-screen demonstration.
- Reviewing voiceover recordings to ensure pacing, tone, and inflection align naturally with the on-screen demonstration.
- Conducting final reviews of video edits to ensure demonstrations and voiceover instructions are optimised to deliver an intuitive member experience and meet Pronto Pilates’ quality and brand standards.
To be invited for an interview, you should possess the following skills and experience:
- Be a qualified Reformer Pilates instructor with a minimum of 3 years teaching experience who can:
- Design layered exercise flows, structured with clear step-by-step progressions, ensuring seamless integration of new layers.
- Modify and customise exercises to accommodate beginners through to advanced clients.
- Watch pre-recorded exercises and confidently be able to:
- Identify which muscle groups are working and suggest positional adjustments to refine what is being targeted.
- Recognise common mistakes and areas where clients may struggle.
- Provide clear and concise cues that are effective in helping clients to adjust difficulty and improve exercise effectiveness.
- Be located in Perth, WA, and available to attend regular filming sessions and meetings in O’Connor.
- Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Have strong attention to detail, be process-driven, and highly organized.
Highly desirable:
- Experience in Project Management
- Experience in content creation
- Familiarity with Adobe Premier Pro editing tools
- Familiarity with Notion

This is a full-time position. Although there is flexibility on the work schedule, you would need to work the majority of your day during normal Australian business hours Monday through Friday 8am-5pm AWST.
