Responsibilities
As a Manager on the Brand Partnerships and League Marketing team, you will help lead all
of Hard Rock Digital's partnership and sponsorship strategies with external brands, as well
as all aspects of league and team co-marketing efforts. You will take a best in class
management approach to working with brands, teams, and leagues, and ensure that they
align with Hard Rock Digital's business and brand aspirations. Ultimately, you will contribute
to building, growing, and expanding the best brand in gaming.
You will start with an audience first approach, utilizing qualitative insights and quant data to
bring the brand to life in sports and macro-culture. You will work across sports teams and
leagues to drive both a revenue generating and brand building approach to our marketing
efforts.
You are a master tactician that can manage multiple stakeholders to success in a fast paced
environment. You are a highly collaborative partner with an eye towards building long
lasting, mutually beneficial relationships for all parties. You are intellectually curious, yet
grounded in audience narratives, insights and macro-culture research.
Reporting to the Sr. Director, Brand Partnerships and League Marketing, the successful
candidate will be an emotive-based marketeer who has proven experience in executing
brand partnerships, driving internal stakeholders groups, and navigating ambiguity. You will
be able to work collaboratively with ease across internal teams, as well as negotiate with
teams and leagues. You will have worked across a diverse range of brands and start with an
audience-first mentality.
Responsibilities
*Help lead Hard Rock Digital's brand partnership efforts, setting up an efficient project
plans and ways of working with external partners
*Execute best in class creative and media strategies for a diverse range of audiences
*Effective partner management across sports teams and leagues to drive Hard Rock
Digital brand and business objectives
*Partner with other parts of the Marketing team to drive brand foundations and brand
values, as well as ways to bring the brand to life in sports and macro-culture.
*Partner with Product and Analytics teams on KPIs and reporting
*Partner with external agencies, sports leagues, teams, and brand partners on
integration of HRD creative designs and media strategies
*Act as a critical thought partner to the CMO, VP or Brand and Campaign Marketing,
and other executive leadership across the organization
*Promote a work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, rational risk-taking
and tradeoffs
