About the Role
We are actively seeking a motivated and skilled B2B Marketing Specialist to assist our marketing and sustainability lead. In this role, you will contribute to our marketing strategy while promoting awareness among both new and existing customers.
Your primary responsibilities will include creating engaging content to highlight our company and employee stories. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen sense of visual design, and strong organizational abilities.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with the Head of Marketing to implement B2B marketing projects and campaigns aimed at increasing customer acquisition and driving revenue growth.
Act as the secondary point of contact for marketing initiatives, coordinating creative content across various channels.
Manage and uphold project timelines for campaigns and marketing initiatives ensuring timely execution.
Oversee digital advertising efforts including paid advertising and SEO/organic content strategies.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, leveraging data insights to enhance engagement and ROI.
Strategize and execute both short-term and long-term marketing campaigns in collaboration with marketing and external communications teams.
Support lead generation efforts aligned with company growth objectives.
Drive online customer acquisition through email campaigns, social media, channel marketing, analytics, PPC, and SEO.
Develop targeted market strategies and consumer profiles.
Contribute to the establishment of a sustainable lead generation system.
Identify relevant businesses to fuel B2B sales and partnerships.
Conduct industry and competitive analyses to inform sales teams and craft consistent messaging aligned with business goals.
Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and the aesthetic across all marketing materials and communications.
Develop and implement B2B marketing plans for targeted international markets, which may include PPC, email campaigns, webinars, and website updates.
Evaluate market research outcomes to improve marketing strategies.
Continuously track and report on B2B marketing initiatives.
Create and manage content for our online presence, including Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and paid campaigns, to boost growth and generate qualified leads.
Regularly assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Engage in open, collaborative communication with internal teams.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s market position and products, plus how they address unique challenges in the bioeconomy.
About You
You possess a strong passion for business-to-business marketing and project execution. You have excellent communication and organizational skills, a talent for graphic design, and 2-3 years of experience in managing marketing campaigns, with a proficiency in utilizing data to adapt strategies. This role demands exceptional interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration across diverse departments and cultures.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience in a corporate environment.
Proven track record of creating targeted content.
Strong understanding of corporate branding practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and perform well under pressure with competing priorities.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Demonstrated adaptability in a dynamic, global team.
Value diversity and embrace different thoughts, expressions, and perspectives.
Exhibit good judgment and discretion in information management.
Total Rewards
The annual pay range for this position is $62,240.00 - $77,800.00, and it is bonus eligible.
Please note, this range reflects the full scope of compensation available for the role; individual compensation will be influenced by factors such as experience, skills, and match with the role's responsibilities. During the interview, there will be a chance to discuss how your background fits within the pay range.
