Develop additional outreach opportunities with local schools and other educationalinstitutionsDraft and update content for marketing materials and social mediaShare education and marketing posts to local community groups on social media platformsDevelop and update design, branding, and messaging for websites and marketing collateralPrioritize inclusivity and diversity, ensuring representation of diverse perspectives andfostering a sense of belonging among target audiences through inclusive messaging, content,and outreach strategiesFocus on sustainability and ethical practices to enhance credibility and appeal in marketinginitiativesEvent Planning & Execution:Represent ENE and their clients at community events to create engagement opportunitiesCoordinate, facilitate, and present at in-person and online Events/Q&A sessionsReinforce key outreach messaging and encourage event attendees to take actionAfter events, proactively engage with participants to cultivate extended outreachopportunitiesTrack event outreach metrics for internal/external reporting purposes (i.e., event attendance,volume of collateral distributed, number of quality conversations had)Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, organizations, and key participants to amplifyoutreach efforts and achieve shared goalsEV Specialist Support:Respond to customer support requests submitted via the EV support service within 2 business daysProvide additional operations support as neededPrepare and submit monthly EV awareness program reportsMaintain customer, dealership, and partnership records using the CRM systemResearch, data analysis, and reporting on various aspects of the EV programPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or asimilar technology-related discipline1 year experience preferred, but recent college graduates are also consideredElectric Vehicle Owner or enthusiast (preferred)Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a teamExceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills with the ability to meet deadlinesOutstanding interpersonal skills, displaying patience, humor, and helpfulnessAbility to handle multiple projects, changing priorities, complex assignments, and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in Microsoft Office; must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, AdobeAcrobat, and MS TeamsAbility to work on nights and weekends as neededMust possess a valid Driver’s License issued within the United States & current personalautomobile insuranceConsent to a CORI background checkFor consideration, please forward your resume and cover letter to

was founded in 1998 to enhance the competitive position of public power entities in response to deregulation and to attain operating efficiencies in energy risk management and retail account management. We are a municipal light plant cooperative established under Chapter 164, Section 47C of the Massachusetts General Laws. Our ownership is made up of light departments in Braintree, Taunton, Concord, Hingham, and Wellesley, Massachusetts.ENE is the largest wholesale risk management and energy trading organization serving the needs of municipal utilities in the northeast. We currently manage the power supplies of over twenty municipal electric systems serving more than 1100 MW of electric load and more than 550 MW of generation in all six New England states. We advise on and/or conduct more than one billion kilowatt hours in wholesale power transactions and 100-150 million kilowatt hours in retail transactions annually. We also manage up to 250,000 therms of natural gas per day within our customers’ portfolios, as well as up to 5,000 barrels per day of fuel oil.ENE works with numerous businesses, residents and utilities to help promote the principles of conservation, efficiency, and environmental stewardship, and advances the many benefits available through integrated sustainability planning.
