Developing, documenting, and testing new UI components for Rock RMS Collaborating with designers to translate mockups into production code Integrating components with backend and full-stack developers Writing clear documentation and usage examples Participating in code reviews, ensuring best practices and accessibility standards Ideal Candidate:
Expert in CSS, including preprocessors like Less or Sass Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries Effective communication between design and development teams Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Proactive in learning new front-end tools and techniques Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Vue.js or similar frameworks Expertise in Bootstrap and Tailwind Experience with Git and pull request collaboration Bonus Points:
Background in graphic or visual design Experience creating custom themes or utility-first toolkits Contributions to open-source front-end projects Familiarity with church-management or CRM systems Unusual interest in Rock lobsters Additional Details:
