Job Title: Senior UI/UX Designer
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
Senior UI/UX Designer
to join our dynamic product development team in a hybrid capacity based in Kansas City, Kansas, United States. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of hands-on experience designing user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Location:
Hybrid – Kansas City (or) Dallas, TX (2–3 days onsite/week) Employment Type:

8+ years of professional UI/UX design experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and processes. Experience designing responsive and mobile-first interfaces. Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Lead the end-to-end design process from concept through execution for web and mobile applications. Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs. Seniority level
