$250,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr UI/UX Developer Build Core Trading Platforms (Elite Systematic Hedge Fund) Rare opportunity for a UI/UX Developer to join the core trading technology team at one of the worlds top-performing systematic hedge funds. This is a rare opportunity to build critical trading and research interfaces completely from the ground up no legacy systems, no compromises on design, and full ownership from day one as you will be the first UI/UX engineer for this new team. What youll do: Architect and deliver high-performance, elegant, and intuitive UIs for trading and research workflows. Collaborate directly with quant researchers, engineers, and traders to understand real-time needs and complex data interactions. Shape the visual and user experience layer of a next-generation trading platform a project critical to the funds continued outperformance. Operate in a high-trust, innovation-first environment where design and engineering excellence are truly valued. What we're looking for: Strong experience designing and developing complex web applications (React or Angular, C#/.Net/Blazor also highly advantageous). Deep understanding of performance-driven UI, user-centric workflows, and data visualization. Passion for clean design, usability, and creating intuitive experiences for technical users. Previous experience in top financial institutions (preferably hedge funds or trading firms). Must have minimum 4+ years production level experience (no cap on seniority either) Compensation very flexible however will beat most top hedge funds in the industry. 3 days on-site per week minimum.
