About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Executive Vice President of Marketing to lead our next chapter of growth. This high-impact role is essential for driving our marketing efforts from lead generation to policy sales, requiring a proactive, hands-on approach. You will be responsible for shaping and executing our marketing vision and roadmap across diverse channels, with a keen focus on expanding and enhancing our marketing strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A proven track record in growth marketing, particularly with performance marketing in paid search, social media, and affiliate channels.
Extensive experience in lead generation and a solid background in selling leads for profit or driving policy sales.
The capability to drive measurable value in a rapidly scaling, performance-driven environment.
Effective strategic leadership to diversify channels and build out a strong marketing team.
A clear communicator who inspires confidence while mentoring others to achieve high performance.
Bonus points for experience in the insurance field, regulated industries, or two-sided ecosystems.
