We build enterprise tools that digitally transform the user experience for Walmart associates in Global Communications and Global Responsibility.What You'll Do
Be responsible for the quality, consistency, and accuracy of a project.Work cross-functionally with multiple partners in Product, Business, and Engineering, advocating for the value of UX to non-designers.Conduct UX discovery, validate use cases, map information architecture and user flows, and present insights to stakeholders.Translate use cases into wireframes and prototypes in Figma, applying Walmart's design system.Create hand-off documentation for engineers.What You'll Bring

Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:Bachelor's degree in UI/UX design, graphic design, visual communication, product design, computer science, information technology, or related area and 3 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.5 years' experience in UI/UX, interactive and visual design, electronics art, multimedia design, or related area.Preferred Qualifications
Outlined below are the optional preferred qualifications for this position:Design certification (for example, IDEOU - Foundations in Design Thinking Certificate).Driving product development in a user experience area.Master's degree in UI/UX Design, Interactive and Visual Design, Product Design, or related area.Related industry experience (for example, retail, supply chain, eCommerce, healthcare).Knowledge of accessibility best practices and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.Primary Location
